Tony Pelusi Jr. is a coach, facilitator, mentor, and guide, with a lifelong belief that all real learning and change comes from within. Tony specializes in working with leaders who know that they and/or their team have yet to maximize all of their potential.  In an easeful and flexible manner, Tony weaves the essence of co-active coaching, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), and his years of business experience into a web that supports positive change. Together with each client, Tony designs a safe, supportive, and unique alliance, which provides the space to explore their beliefs, strengths and challenges, and to play with options that increase personal achievement and satisfaction.  Tony is fearless in asking the questions that are necessary to get his clients moving on the path of discovery of their personal truth, thereby both challenging and holding his clients accountable to themselves. By approaching obstacles head on to reveal their true nature, and then developing and implementing a plan to overcome them, Tony disintegrates barriers to change, and empowers his clients to thrive.

 

Tony is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute, and a credentialed member of the International Coaches Federation.  He is a licensed facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment, trained in ORSC™. Prior to coaching Tony developed and maintained a successful solo practice as a trial attorney. Tony has successfully prosecuted and defended a vast number of clients in a broad range of criminal and civil matters with a diverse skill set of insight, intuition, and compassion, for over 20 years.  Tony is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he was awarded a BA cum laude in Sociology.  In addition to his long and diverse professional career, Tony is and has been involved in many professional, civic, and social organizations, often in a leadership capacity.
